Policy Governance provides boards with a principled framework for governing effectively by focusing on results, accountability, and the long-term interests of the community they serve. While the principles of Policy Governance are consistent, every board must apply them in ways that reflect the unique needs, values, and priorities of its community.
This interactive workshop will introduce the foundational concepts of Policy Governance and demonstrate how those principles work in practice.
